The Roof Replacement project will be underway soon with an estimated start date of June 19th weather permitting, It is important for everyone in the community to be informed and know what to expect throughout the project. The project will begin and be completed in phases. There will be information, instructions, and guidelines to follow to ensure a smooth process and for your safety and the safety of all of your neighbors.

Dear Sierra Verde Resident,
Due to all the recent weather, Quickel Paving is needing to re slurry the asphalt in the blue highlighted section on the map attached. As a friendly reminder, during the asphalt project homeowners outlined in the blue areas will not have access to their garages. Therefore, Patrol One has been notified to not ticket and/or tow any vehicles starting on Wednesday, June 21st until June 22nd at 5:00PM.
Parking Temporarily Affected
Prior to each phase, Quickel will post NO PARKING signs in the impacted areas. If you live in one of these zones, please note that you will NOT be able to park in your garage or driveway until the work is completed. To help ensure a positive result for the whole community, we kindly ask that you heed these signs until they are removed.
